1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of the services offered by Leaders Alchemy International LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Company”), including retreats, group programs, consulting, or private coaching (collectively, “Services”), you (“Client” or “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
2. Scope of Services
These Terms govern participation in the following signature offerings:
- 21 Days of Phoenix Wisdom
- The Phoenix: 90-Day Power Activation Program
- The Being Program for Liberated Leaders™
- Women Who Run with the Wolves Circles
- Sovereign Executive Consulting
- The Rebirth of the Sovereign Leader Retreats (Egypt + Global)
Each service includes specific content, timelines, and participation requirements as communicated prior to onboarding.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under UAE law. Retreat participants must have valid travel documents and comply with destination requirements. We do not work with clients under the age of 18 without parental consent and legal documentation. Special terms may apply when engaging with youth or family systems.
4. Commitment and Conduct
You agree to full participation, to honor container agreements (such as 90-day minimums or full retreat attendance), and to uphold integrity within all shared spaces. Disruptive or unethical behavior is grounds for removal without refund.
5. Payments and Currency
All payments are processed in USD only. Leaders Alchemy International LLC operates through financial institutions in the United States, United Arab Emirates, and Canada. Payments may be made via Stripe, wire transfer, credit card, or other approved gateways. Installment plans, if offered, are binding and auto-charged on scheduled dates. Missed payments may result in access suspension.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for programs, services, or retreats once payment is received, unless otherwise required by law. Retreat bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior written approval. Emergency-based deferrals may be reviewed case-by-case but are not guaranteed. Participation in private programs, executive consulting, or retreats is non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing. Transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to an admin fee.
7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All proprietary materials, frameworks, rituals, and content are intellectual property of the Company and protected under copyright. You may not duplicate, record, share, or teach our materials without explicit written consent.
8. Health and Informed Consent
Our work is not medical or psychological treatment. It may activate suppressed emotions or somatic memories. If you are under psychiatric care or on medication, you must disclose this before beginning. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You acknowledge that your transformation is your responsibility. While we provide tools, guidance, and energetic frameworks, it is your actions and decisions that determine your results.
9. Waiver of Results Guarantee
You understand that transformation varies by individual. Leaders Alchemy International LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes including financial, emotional, spiritual, or physical results.
10. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation
Clients, collaborators, and trainees agree not to replicate, teach, or offer services that use our proprietary methods, branding, or content for a minimum of 24 months after the conclusion of services without written consent.
11. Retreat Risk & Travel Waiver
You accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and logistics when traveling for a retreat. We are not liable for any incidents, losses, or delays related to travel disruptions, illness, or non-compliance with local laws. In the event that a participant’s behavior presents a risk to themselves or others—emotionally, physically, or energetically—Leaders Alchemy International reserves the right to request immediate withdrawal from the space, at the participant’s expense. Support recommendations will be offered, but no refunds will be issued.
12. Testimonial & Media Release
By participating, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or written feedback for marketing and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
13. Digital Access & Community Use
Digital content access is limited to the duration of the service. Group spaces must be respected. Admin reserves the right to remove any participant who violates ethical or community standards. You acknowledge that we may use secure, confidential digital tools (including AI-based transcription or scheduling systems) to enhance your experience. No content is sold or distributed. You may opt out of session recordings by request.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leaders Alchemy International LLC and its team from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your participation, conduct, or misuse of the Services.
15. Cross-Border Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable in your local jurisdiction arising from your purchase or participation.
16. Scheduling & Missed Sessions
All service schedules are coordinated in Pacific Time (PT). Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions are forfeited without refund.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or digital outages.
18. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate participation at any time due to breach of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the container. No refunds will be issued.
19. Governing Law, Litigation & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith mediation where possible. If unresolved, parties agree to binding arbitration or litigation in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. Either party may elect arbitration or court litigation, and both options remain available.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Privacy & Data Handling (GDPR Compliance)
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected through our programs or website is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU clients. Your data is only used to deliver services, communicate with you, and fulfill legal or contractual obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
22. Client Misuse or Platform Abuse
Leaders Alchemy International reserves the right to remove or block access to any client who misuses digital platforms, community spaces, or communication channels, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, or disruption of the collective experience.
23. Affiliate or Referral Policy
If you refer a new client who enrolls in a paid service, you may be eligible for a referral bonus or credit. Eligibility, structure, and payout timing are determined by the Company and may vary. Leaders Alchemy International reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time.
24. Recording Disclosure
Some group or private sessions may be recorded for training or client support purposes. You will be informed in advance. Recordings are stored securely and not shared externally. You may opt out by notifying us in writing before the session begins.
25. Translation & Localization Disclaimer
In the case of multiple language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
26. Waitlist and Application Terms
Application to programs, retreats, or containers does not guarantee admission. Leaders Alchemy International reserves the right to select participants based on alignment, readiness, and container capacity.
27. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates indicates your acceptance.
